Rebecca Earle Middleton, Vice President of The Rhoads Group, specializes in assisting Rhoads clients on appropriations and legislative strategy focused on advancing their objectives in Washington. Becky's background as a staff member in the U.S. House of Representatives and her comprehensive knowledge of the Congressional appropriations process bring outstanding and tangible benefits to her clients. Becky's areas of expertise include information technology, telecommunications, transportation, healthcare, and education.

Prior to joining The Rhoads Group, Becky was senior legislative assistant to Congressman Frank Wolf of Virginia, current Ranking Member of the House Appropriations Committee's Subcommittee on State and Foreign Operations. In that position, she worked closely with constituents, local, state and federal officials, university leaders, and representatives of major defense and technology companies on a variety of appropriations initiatives. Additionally, Becky was instrumental in collaborating with technology leaders on numerous pieces of legislation to promote telecommuting, both in the federal workforce and in the private sector.

Becky is a veteran of multiple campaigns, including races for the U. S. Senate and House, and has been honored to serve as Congressman Wolf's Campaign Director. A Virginia native; Becky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from Mary Washington College, Fredericksburg, Virginia. She and her husband, Dennis, have two wonderful children.
